Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders over INR 1000. If your order value is less than INR 1000, then an INR 50 delivery charge will apply.

For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee of INR 50 will be added during checkout. This convenience fee is non-refundable. If your order is below INR 1000 and COD, both charges will apply

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of being placed, and tracking details are shared to help you locate your package. For most metro cities, orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered post-dispatch. For all other cities, delivery may take 5-7 business days.

Returns Policy

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

You must initiate your return within 1 day of receiving the product if it is damaged or defective upon arrival. Once used, even if swatched or tested, products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Items NOT Eligible for Returns or Refunds:

• Products purchased during clearance or flash sales.
• Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
• Products used or returned without intact tags, barcodes, or original packaging.
• Items where the return request is initiated more than 1 day after delivery.
• Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Products purchased using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged Products:

In rare cases of transit damage, please provide an unboxing video where the plastic shrink wrap is opened on video to verify transit damage.

Refund Policy

How is the refund amount processed?

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days of return approval.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are issued only for product costs. Shipping, COD charges, and custom packaging costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, email agri.nation@agrizy.in with your Order ID within 3 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
